If you have any questions, additional requests, or would like a service not listed just reach out and I will be happy to help. All quotes will include full price breakdowns. I am a full time student so I suggest scheduling at least 1-2 weeks in advance. I do offer extremely discounted rates or even volunteer work for charities and other nonprofit organizations aiming to help people in need. Base Rate includes: Up to 2 hours of filming, 25-50 photos, plus a 60 second video. Includes up to 15 additional aerial photos, plus aerial shots for video.
Additional Charges: $25/hr of additional filming. $35 per additional 15 seconds of video. $40 for a interior fly through with a drone. $40 per additional 50 photos. $5 per additional aerial photo.

Wedding Videos: $800 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Up to 5 hours of filming plus full video editing. No watermark on wedding videos.
Additional charges: $40/hr of additional filming.
Advertisements: $250 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Up to 2 hours of filming plus a 30 second video.
Additional charges: $25/hr of additional filming, $25 for a 45 second video, $50 for a 60 second video, $75 for 90 seconds.
Event Highlights: $250 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Up to 3 hours of filming, plus a 30 second video.
Additional charges: $20/hr of additional filming, $25 for every additional 15 seconds up to 90 seconds
Real Estate Videos: $200 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Up to 1.5 hours of filming, plus a 60 second video.
Additional charges: $25 per additional hour of filming. $35 per additional 15 seconds. $40 for a interior fly through with a drone, $30 for exterior drone footage.

Wedding Photos: $700 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Up to 5 hours of shooting, plus full photo culling and editing.

Product Photos/Advertisements: $200 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Up to 2.5 hours of shooting, plus full photo culling and editing.
Additional charges: $25/hr of additional shooting.
Event Photos: $225 Base Rate

Additional charges: $20/hr of additional shooting.
Family Photos: $175 Base Rate

Base Rate includes: Up to 1 hour of shooting, plus full photo culling and editing. Will bring treats or can use treats provided if you have a preference.
Additional charges: $30/hr of additional shooting.
Engagement Photos: $400 Base Rate
Base Rate includes: Surprise proposal shoot plus a mini-couple shoot afterwards, up to a total of 3 hours of shooting, plus full photo culling and editing.
Additional charges: $40/hr of additional shooting, $50 to assist in planning.

Additional Fees:
$25 add on for any basic aerial drone footage or photos(availability subject to local laws and venue regulations). For Real Estate Videos and Photos please ignore this and refer to the description above as that price will vary.
$2 per mile of one-way travel over 20 miles(from Longmont, Colorado).
$20 Watermark removal for personal products (ex: family photos), $30 Watermark removal for commercial products (ex: real estate videos).
$30 per additional filming or shooting location beyond 5 minutes from original location.
$50 Rush fee for a guaranteed 72 hour turnaround time, $100 Priority fee for a guaranteed 48 hour turnaround. I cannot guarantee turnarounds under 48 hours. Please note that non-rushed products may take up to 2 weeks (or longer if discussed and predetermined with client depending on the scale of the project) for the final product to be finished.

Please Note:
*Discounts: 10% discount applies to all current high school and college students, current teachers, current or former military personnel, and current or former first responders (including but not limited to, Law Enforcement, EMTs & Paramedics, Healthcare Professionals, and Firefighters). Must show an ID or other proof of occupation to receive discount. I also offer a 15% friends and family discount at my discretion. All discounts will be applied to the base rate, not any additional.
Deposits: For projects quoted under $500, a $75 deposit will be due upfront. For projects quoted over $500, a 20% deposit will be due upfront. This will be deducted from your total, and this deduction will be shown on your final invoice.
Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before an appointment will be accommodated at no penalty, and a full refund on the deposit will be issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will still be accommodated, but the deposit will not be refunded. This includes appointments where I am unable to access the location, am turned away by property owners/ management/employees, or the client is a no-show.* Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before at no penalty. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a $25 fee added to your final invoice.**
*A client will be considered a no-show if they are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment time and there has been no contact. If you believe you will be late to your appointment please text/call me at (303)-720-0033 or send me an email (cahill.willow14@gmail.com). If you have advised me that you will be late and are more than 30 minutes late to the appointment, a $25 fee may be added to your final invoice at my discretion.**Extenuating circumstances (illness/medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.) that require a cancelation within 48 hours or rescheduling within 24 hours may be eligible to receive a full refund on your deposit (in the event of a cancelation) or forego the $25 fee (in the event of rescheduling) at my discretion.
